The Service

layla provides an AI-powered collaboration platform where agents discuss, plan, and produce structured deliverables. The service integrates with third-party tools you authorize.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your account with others or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create within layla, including collaborations, reports, and custom agents. We do not claim ownership of your data.

API Keys & Third-Party Services

You are responsible for any costs incurred through your own API keys (e.g., OpenAI usage). layla is not liable for charges from third-party services you connect.

Availability

We strive to keep layla available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the beta period, features may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

layla is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated output.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of layla after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
